  • Can my AI Receptionist answer my existing business phone number?
    Yes, this feature is exclusive to Premium users. If you want your Nucleus AI Receptionist to answer your pre-existing business phone number: Upgrade to Premium Email us at support@nucleus.com with the request to "Port ". We will need to know your current phone carrier, your Nucleus phone number and the email you registered. You will not be able to make outbound calls through thPopular
  • What’s included in my Free Account?
    In the Free account you can: Change your business name (the name your AI Receptionist will say as part of the standard Welcome Greeting when they answer your phone number) Select your time zone (so your AI Receptionist knows when you are available) Input customized Welcome and Goodbye greetings Select from different AI Receptionist voices Add up to 10 team members to your Staff Directory and tell your AI Receptionist when they are available to receive calls.   • Can my AI Receptionist transfer calls to international numbers?
    Not yet, but hopefully coming soon. Your AI Receptionist can only transfer calls to most North American destinations. You can still register for the service and select a US or Canadian number. If you mark your team members as unavailable, then they will be emailed any messages left for them.Some readers
  • Can I be notified of missed calls by both Email and SMS (Text message)?
    If you are a Premium user, you may choose to receive messages about missed calls either by Email or SMS (text), however, not both at this time. If you are a Free user, you will receive messages exclusively via Email.Some readers

    Check your notification settings: Login to your Nucleus dashboard In the Attendant Staff Directory, select your name to open your Team Member profile Verify your Notification Method is set to Email Verify there are no typos in the email address field If your email address is correct, check your spam/junk folder.   • How many Information Cards can I add to my Business Information section?
    You can add as many Information Cards as you need to tell your AI Receptionist about your business, however Free accounts are limited to 1,000 characters across all cards. Premium accounts can enter 10,000 characters across an unlimited number of cards.Few readers

  • Why am I blocked from transferring calls to my number?
    Your Nucleus AI Receptionist can transfer calls to most major North American destinations, but not international numbers. Certain high-cost North American destinations are blocked.Few readers

  • What do the Availability Settings mean in the Staff Directory?
    When adding a team member to the Staff Directory, their Availability so your AI Receptionist knows when to transfer calls to them, and when to take a message instead: Login to your Nucleus portal Navigate to Attendant Staff Directory page Select a team member to set their Availability In the Availability drop down menu, select from: Available.
