This section allows you to teach your AI Receptionist about your business. Your AI Receptionist will use this information to answer customer questions. If you entered a website URL when you signed up for your Nucleus AI Receptionist, you may already have pre-populated information cards in the Business Information section. You should read these over to confirm the content is accurate. Can my AI Receptionist transfer calls to international numbers?

Not yet, but hopefully coming soon.

Your AI Receptionist can only transfer calls to most North American destinations.

You can still register for the service and select a US or Canadian number. If you mark your team members as unavailable, then they will be emailed any messages left for them.

How do I reset or change my password?

To change your password:

Login to your Nucleus account
Click on your profile Avatar at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard
Click on Account
Click on Send Password Reset Link and follow the instructions in the email sent to you.

This section allows you to teach your AI Receptionist about your business. Your AI Receptionist will use this information to answer customer questions.

If you entered a website URL when you signed up for your Nucleus AI Receptionist, you may already have pre-populated information cards in the Business Information section. You should read these over to confirm the content is accurate.

To add or remove** Information Cards:**

Login to your Nucleus account.
Navigate to Attendant > Training > Business Information.
Click ‘Add Information Card.’
Enter a Subject (question or topic).
Enter a Body (detailed answer).
Click ‘Save.’
Call your AI Receptionist to confirm to test them.

To remove an information card, click Remove card.

Can my AI Receptionist answer my existing business phone number?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this feature is exclusive to Premium users. If you want your Nucleus AI Receptionist to answer your pre-existing business phone number:

Upgrade to Premium
Email us at support@nucleus.com with the request to "Port ". We will need to know your current phone carrier, your Nucleus phone number and the email you registered.
You will not be able to make outbound calls through this phone number. It will handle inbound calls to your AI Receptionist, who can provide information as trained and/or transfer calls to the team members you have setup.
