How do I remove a staff member from the Staff Directory?

To remove a Team Member from your Company Directory:


  • Login to your Nucleus portal
  • Navigate to the Attendant Staff Directory page and click on the name of the Team Member you wish to remove
  • Click on the three dots at the top-right hand corner of their profile and click Delete
  • Confirm and click Save
