How do I close my account?

⚠ Closing your account is permanent and non-reversible. Any remaining time on a paid subscription will be forfeited. Your Nucleus phone number will be deactivated and re-assigned to a new customer. To close/delete your Free or Premium account:

Login to your Nucleus account.
Click on your Account Avatar in the top-right corner.
Select ‘Account.’
Select ‘Close Account.’
Confirm that you want to close your account.


If you have a Premium Account and you wish to downgrade to a Free Account:

Login to your Nucleus Account
Click on your Account Avatar at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.
Select Billing
Select* Cancel Subscription**
Confirm Cancellation
Your Premium Account will downgrade to a Free Account at the end of your current billing period
