How do I close my account?

⚠ Closing your account is permanent and non-reversible. Any remaining time on a paid subscription will be forfeited. Your Nucleus phone number will be deactivated and re-assigned to a new customer. To close/delete your Free or Premium account:

1. Login to your Nucleus account.
2. Click on your Account Avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select ‘Account.’
4. Select ‘Close Account.’
5. Confirm that you want to close your account.

If you have a Premium Account and you wish to downgrade to a Free Account:

• Login to your Nucleus Account
• Click on your **Account Avatar **at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.
• Select Billing
• Select Cancel Subscription
• ** **Confirm **Cancellation
• Your Premium Account will downgrade to a Free Account at the end of your current billing period
