How do I chat with customers?
Your customers can contact you at any time by messaging your Nucleus phone number (using SMS).
Customer texts appear on the Customers page and any team member can respond.
To access the customer text messages, click on the customer speech bubble icon. You will see a list of opened, new and closed messages. Click on a message to view the message history.
