How do I bring my existing business phone number to Nucleus?
This service is exclusive to Premium users.
Email us at support@nucleus.com with the request to "Port <your existing phone number>". We will need to know your current phone carrier, your Nucleus phone number and the email you registered.
You will not be able to make outbound calls through this phone number. It will handle inbound calls to your AI employee, who can provide information as trained, transfer calls to the team members you have set up or take messages for them.
