Can my AI employee answer my existing business phone number?
Yes, this feature is exclusive to Premium users. If you want your Nucleus AI Attendant to answer your pre-existing business phone number:
Upgrade to Premium
Email us at support@nucleus.com with the request to "Port <your existing phone number>". We will need to know your current phone carrier, your Nucleus phone number and the email you registered.
You will not be able to make outbound calls through this phone number. It will handle inbound calls to your AI assistant, who can provide information as trained and/or transfer calls to the team members you have setup.
