Why am I not receiving phone calls and text messages?

There may be a delay of up to 24 hours before your new phone number is fully active and registered on the Nucleus network. So even if outgoing calls and text messages are working, you may have to wait a little longer before incoming calls and text messages start to work.

If your Nucleus number is not fully operational after 24 hours, please contact support@nucleus.com.
