How do I change my company name?
In order to change your company name, the primary account holder must login via the Desktop Version.
Select the gear icon from the menu on the left side of your screen.
A new window will open.
Click Company and select the pencil icon to edit.
Enter the new company name in the text box and click Save Changes.
If you want your Caller ID to appear as your business name, you must update to PRO and have your account verified.
Please email support@nucleus.com letting us know the company name has changed. Please list the below details so we can complete the changes for you.

Caller ID: (must be 15 letters or less including spaces and must not contain any special characters)
