# What’s included in my Free Play & Don't Pay Account?

In the **Free Play and Don't Pay account** you can: 

* Change your business name (the name your AI employee will say as part of the standard Welcome Greeting when they answer your phone number)
    
* Select your time zone (so your AI employee knows when you are available)

* Input customized Welcome and Goodbye greetings
    
* Select from different AI employee voices
    
* Add 1 team member to your Staff Directory and tell your AI employee when they are available to receive calls. When the team member is unavailable, messages regarding missed calls will be delivered via email.
    
* Enter up to 1,000 character of Business Information to teach your AI employee about your business so it can answer callers' questions

In the **Premium account** you get all Free features plus:
    
* Choose between Email and SMS notifications for missed calls and messages
    
* Add up to 10 Team Members to your Staff Directory and have messages regarding missed calls delivered via email or SMS (text).
    
* Enter up to 10,000 character of Business Information to teach your AI employee about your business so it can answer callers' questions

* Bring your existing business phone number to Nucleus and have your AI employee answer your existing business phone number.
