Can my AI Receptionist answer my existing business phone number?

Yes, this feature is exclusive to Premium users. If you want your Nucleus AI Receptionist to answer your pre-existing business phone number:



  • Email us at support@nucleus.com with the request to "Port <your existing phone number>". We will need to know your current phone carrier, your Nucleus phone number and the email you registered.


  • You will not be able to make outbound calls through this phone number. It will handle inbound calls to your AI Receptionist, who can provide information as trained and/or transfer calls to the team members you have setup.
